Stretching Sessions
Weekly sessions offer diverse stretching techniques for the upper, mid, and lower body, with yoga-inspired sessions promoting mindfulness and flexibility, reducing tension, and enhancing mobility.
Core Stability sessions
Each week focuses on core-targeting techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness. These exercises improve posture, balance, and stability, reducing injury risk and enhancing movement control and strength.
Resistance traning sessions
Each week includes diverse resistance exercises, from weights to bodyweight techniques, enhancing muscle strength, bone density, metabolism, and overall fitness.
wellness tracker
Throughout the 6 Weeks to Wellness program, access a wellness tracker to monitor progress, track achievements, and maintain motivation, fostering accountability and insight into your wellness journey.
